Where do you ship from and do you ship worldwide?
We ship from partner warehouses and fulfilment centres to most countries worldwide. See our Shipping Information page for the latest regions and delivery timeframes.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. For the most accurate estimate for your address, check the Shipping Information page and your checkout ETA.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a tracking email/SMS. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page.

I entered the wrong address—can you update it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP at info@apex-wellness.store and we’ll fix it. If it’s already in transit, we’ll help with a carrier reroute where possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can modify or cancel orders that haven’t shipped yet. Message us with your order number and requested change.

Deals, Bundles & Pricing

How does the Buy 2, Get 4 Free deal work?
Add 6 APEX Smart Cupper™ devices to your cart; the discount automatically applies at checkout (you pay for 2, get 4 free). The deal can’t be combined with other discounts unless stated.

Can I mix colours/models in the bundle?
Yes, as long as the items are eligible and in stock. Add your preferred mix to cart and ensure the automatic discount applies before checking out.

I meant to buy the bundle but only checked out 1—can you help?
No stress. If it hasn’t shipped, we can adjust your order. If it has shipped, contact us and we’ll sort out the best fix (e.g., sending the additional items or arranging a return/exchange).

Payments, Warranty & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay (where available). Options appear at checkout.

How do returns/exchanges work—especially for bundles?
For bundle deals, returns are assessed on the entire bundle unless the issue is isolated to a single defective unit. Our team will guide the fastest solution.

Troubleshooting

My device won’t power on.
Charge fully (use the original cable). Check the power switch and ensure any safety lock is off. If still not working, contact support with a short video.

The suction feels too strong/too weak.
Start at the lowest level and increase slowly. Ensure a proper seal on clean, dry skin; a little body oil can help.

I feel tenderness after use—is that normal?
Mild tenderness can occur, similar to a deep tissue massage. Reduce intensity/time next session. If pain persists, discontinue use and consult a professional.

Can I travel with it?
Yes—devices are compact and rechargeable. For flights, pack in carry-on and follow airline battery rules.
